I am a retired architect and construction manager. I have been married to my wife, Linda, for 40 years. We have one daughter, two sons, one daughter-in-law, and one grandson.

In what ways has spiritual growth been evident in your life in the past six months?

• I have become more aware of my defensiveness towards criticism and reliance on God to forgive and empower me towards being less defensive. I have also been able to set aside my drive to accomplish personal tasks and do more for supporting others with my time.

How do you see your natural skills/talents being used by God for the building up of the body of Christ?

• Co-leading a community group and Leading Restoring Hope Ministries

• I believe that I will fit in well with the board because of my commitment to Cornerstone, experience as a disciple and ability to work with others in humility.

Why do you want to join the Board?

• I hope to provide the other board members with a spirit lead, bible-based stable, patient perspective on issues that pertain to shepherding the church. leading to the church members being spiritually strengthened.

How do you see yourself best serving at your campus?

• By being available and initiating relationships yielding spiritual encouragement and prayer for others as they grow in Christ.

• I feel comfortable working with any group and age range of people. I’ve always had a passion for the youth and currently serve with the youth ministry.

How important is Cornerstone in the midst of all that is going on in your life? 

• Being an engaged member of Cornerstone, supporting the health and ministry of the church is vitally important to my spiritual worship.

• As and elder from 2014-2020?, community group leadership committee and community group leader.
